Imagine you are the owner of a small company about to expand in a big way. You need to change your vision statement to express this change. Develop a 3-4 page essay that explains the change, why you need to make it, and what your plans are for making it. Create a vision statement and decide how you will share it. Use the information from this module and other articles to support how you plan on making the change.

Review proper essay form: Include an introduction, the body of text, and a conclusion.

Support your major points with citations from course materials and outside sources. Remember that you must cite facts and support your ideas and opinions with credible sources. To complete this assignment, citation of a minimum of three scholarly references other than the course textbook is required.
Your paper should be formatted with double spacing, citations, title page, reference page, and errorless APA formatting.
